Standard delivery, anywhere in the United States.
Poolside Society ships standard on every order. Domestic delivery is complimentary above $75, otherwise a flat $9.95. We work with established carriers and pack each order for safe arrival.
Order Cutoff
Orders before 2:00 PM EST ship same day.
Orders placed after this start processing on the next business day. Weekends and holidays roll into Monday.
Cancellations
12 hours to change your mind.
Email us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, the package may already be moving and we cannot pull it back.
Damages & Issues
If something arrives wrong, write to us first.
Inspect your package on arrival. If anything looks off, send a photo to our team and we will replace it. Damage from misuse is not covered, but anything we caused, we own.
